What is the process when I place an order?

When you place your order online:

  1. Click on the product you would like to order
  2. Select your size then add to cart
  3. At checkout in the order notes section please advise Nickname to be added, if you are ordering more than 1 garment to be customised please be very clear which nickname goes with which garment
  4. If we have any questions we will be in touch directly

Sublimated info needed:
Nickname/School/Code Played(max of 2)Please note: This cannot be changed once submitted so please double check to avoid disappointment.

After the cut off date we will place your order for manufacture or printing.

We will receive it back and check it off.

It will then be shipped to your address or you will be notified it is ready for collection.

I am not placing an order on behalf of a school, can I still buy gear?

What is the difference between the Limited Edition Collection and the Tournament Collection?

The Limited Edition Collection is a made to order product that is customisable with Name, School and Sports Code. The garment is made overseas then airfreighted in for you. This process takes approx 4-6 weeks after the cut off date.

The Tournament Collection is off the shelf and ready to go, the only thing we need to do is print it with your chosen Nickname. This will take approx 1-2 weeks after the cut off date.

I have received my apparel but it is the wrong size, can I return it?

Unfortunately if it is customised with a nickname then no you will not be able to return this to us.  If it is an Exclusive Collection Plain Tee, Hoodie or Cap we reserve the right to decide on a case by case basis.

How soon will I receive my order?

Limited Edition Collection:
4-6 weeks after the cut off dates.

Hero Collection:
1-2 weeks after cut off dates.

When are the cut off dates? What does this mean?

The cut off date is the date you will need to have placed your order by to make that manufacture run.

Limited Edition Collection:
May 29
June 12
July 03
July 24

This allows for 4-6 weeks manufacture timeframe and will mean collection before or at Zespri AIMS Games

Tournament Collection:
May 29
June 12
July 03
July 24
August 7
August 21 (pick up only)

This allows for 1-2 weeks print time frame and will mean collection before or at Zespri AIMS Games

Can I place the nickname anywhere on the shirt?

Unfortunately no, you can only place your name at the bottom on the back.
